(INSPECTION I)

1) Oil and filter change.

2) Check level and cleanliness of transmission fluid, differential oil, brake fluid, coolant and battery electrolyte. Note coolant strength.

3) Inspection of belts and coolant hoses. (Note: regardless of visual condition of hoses, certain troublesome hoses on some models should be changed at regular intervals. Ask your service writer for his recommendation). Inspect fuel lines.

4) Inspect exhaust system for leaks and rattles. Inspect exhaust hangers for wear.

5) Inspect drive shaft for play in u-joints, center bearing and flex discs (guibo).

6) Inspect half shafts for CV joint play. Inspect CV boots for wear. Lube undercarriage with Teflon penetrate.

7) Pull wheels and inspect brake pads and rotors, noting remaining pad life and measuring rotor thickness.

8) Inspect wheel bearings for play and deterioration.

9) Inspect tires for unusual wear and rotate as needed. Adjust tire pressure. Tire balancing available.

10) Check steering linkage for wear and play. Alignments available.

11) Adjustment of valves if necessary and applicable.

12) Check engine emissions with a four gas analyzer. Confirm 02 sensor and catalytic converter operation.

13) Check all lights for proper operation.

14) Run air conditioning system and note effectiveness. Recycling of freon is available.

15) Attend to clients notes regarding any complaints about the vehicle.
