Our services include oil and filter changes while you wait, to major component rebuilds. We supply local body, repair, and upholstery shops with parts and service. Our Parts Department has a complete and efficient supply of fast moving parts in stock. No job is too big or too small. Scheduled services at Monterey Bay Motor Works fulfills factory mandates that maintains your new car warranty. Mileage regulated inspections and minor services include washing and vacuuming of cars. Because of our reputation, we enjoy a good working relationship with local insurance claim adjusters to assist you in the event of vehicle damage due to vandalism or accident. Insurance repairs are completed to your satisfaction. We are experienced with extended warranty procedures for claims and repairs.
Tires are mounted and balanced using the most modern equipment available from Snap On Tools. Engine, transmission and chassis electrical diagnostics and programming are expedited using the Autologic diagnostic tool, complimenting our GT 1 module built for BMW NA. Air conditioning service is performed by licensed technicians using current recovery/recycling systems for both R-12 and the more recent R-134a freon gases. Pre purchase inspections are available for $98.00. Simple emergencies such as bulb and battery replacements are performed while you wait. Our clients enjoy door-to-door service from Hertz Rent-A-Car for $30.00 a day should a rental car be needed. Local towing service is also available. Auto detailing can be arranged ahead of time through one of two local auto detail specialists.
